Laurence Wee

Huang Youli

Mr. Wong’s primary practice area is real estate. He has over 30 years of experience in real estate, finance, and corporate finance. His practice also includes landlords and tenants, corporate and probate administration.

Mr. Wong has provided legal services to international investment banks, large multinational retailers, and numerous well-known international and domestic companies in areas such as the sale, procurement, and financing of commercial buildings and hotels; the overall sale of residential developments; tendering of government land parcels; and the sale of real estate developer units. He has also served as a key party lawyer in the 1987 trial investigating the collapse of the New World Hotel.

Prior to joining Pujiang Green & Bridge Law Firm in 2015, Mr. Wong was a managing partner at Wee Ramayah & Partners.

Mr. Wong graduated from Buckingham University in 1981 with a Bachelor of Laws (Honors) degree. He obtained his English and Welsh license to practice law in 1982 and was admitted to practice law in Singapore by the Supreme Court of Singapore in 1983.

Lawrence Quahe

Ke Qingan

Mr. Ke is a lawyer with extensive practical experience in multiple legal fields, known for his practical advice and providing clients with actionable solutions. He specializes in financial and fiscal restructuring matters and frequently leverages his expertise in other areas of practice, such as corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, insolvency, and commercial litigation.
 
Mr. Ke has extensive experience in litigation and corporate law. From 1995 to 2003, he served as a litigation partner at Harry Elias LLP, and from November 2003 to July 2009, he was the lead attorney for cross-border corporate transactions across various industries.
 
Mr. Ke graduated from the National University of Singapore (NUS) in 1989 with a Bachelor of Laws degree. He then worked in the Singapore Judiciary, serving as a judge on several occasions.
 
Mr. Ke is a licensed solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore and a foreign solicitor registered in Hong Kong.

Christopher Woo

Wu Yinglong

Mr. Wu’s practice areas include intellectual property, taxation, dispute resolution, corporate insolvency, and general corporate law.
 
As an intellectual property lawyer, Mr. Wu has extensive experience advising clients on brand strategy for various types of clients. He assists clients worldwide in managing their trademark portfolios. Mr. Wu is one of the recommended lawyers in the intellectual property law area in the Asia Legal Overview (2018).
 
In addition to intellectual property issues, Mr. Wu also practices dispute resolution, focusing on handling commercial disputes and corporate insolvency cases.
 
Prior to his legal practice, Mr. Wu worked at the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS), where he gained valuable working knowledge of Singapore tax administration and practice. Mr. Wu continues to advise clients on tax matters, including tax investigations by the IRAS.
 
Mr. Wu is a practicing lawyer at the Supreme Court of Singapore, as well as a notary public and a commissioner of oaths. He is a foreign solicitor registered in Hong Kong and a barrister in the Law of England and Wales (Inner Court).
 
Mr. Wu graduated from the University of Nottingham with a Bachelor of Laws degree.

Yeo Soon Keong

Yang Shunqiang

 
Mr. Yang specializes in the private equity and fund sector, including representing families in business and corporate interests, real estate investments, and succession planning. His involvement spans various jurisdictions and extends to assisting clients with mergers and acquisitions, divestments, and governance.
 
Mr. Yang is a notary and sworn officer and holds various important positions, including Honorary Legal Advisor to the Embassy of the Republic of Korea in Singapore and Legal Advisor to the Singapore Taekwondo Federation. He also actively participates in legal education seminars on investment and commercial law at West Ham University and RMIT University, serving as an associate lecturer.
 
Mr. Yang obtained his English and Welsh legal qualifications in 1990 and is a member of Gray’s Inn. He was subsequently admitted to practice law in Singapore by the Supreme Court of Singapore. He graduated from the University of Nottingham with a Bachelor of Laws (Honors) and a Master of International Business.

Michael Palmer

Michael Palmer

Palmer has nearly 20 years of experience in civil and commercial law. His main practice areas are corporate and commercial litigation, arbitration and dispute resolution, employment law, defamation law, and law relating to clubs and associations. He has also represented a variety of professionals and firms involved in potential misconduct and disciplinary proceedings.
 
Over the past two decades, Palmer has been involved in several high-profile litigation cases, including a recent landmark minority shareholder oppression case decided by the Singapore Court of Appeal. He also advises various clubs and associations in Singapore on their bylaws, regulations, and internal dispute resolution procedures.
 
Palmer is a licensed Solicitor in Singapore recognized by the Supreme Court of Singapore, and is also a Notary Public and Oaths Commissioner. He is also a registered foreign solicitor in Hong Kong and a solicitor in the UK and Wales. Palmer serves on the board of directors of the Singapore Olympic Foundation.
 
Palmer graduated from London College, University of London in 1992 with a Bachelor of Laws degree.

Yeo Khung Chye

Yang Kongcai

Mr. Yang specializes in the banking and finance sector, having served borrowers in domestic and cross-border syndicated loans.
 
In addition, he is involved in a wide range of corporate matters, including corporate finance, domestic and international financing. He also regularly advises clients on general corporate matters such as corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory requirements. He has advised numerous companies on their initial public offerings and listings on the Singapore Stock Exchange Limited.
 
Mr. Yang is a licensed Solicitor in Singapore and a graduate of the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Laws degree.

Michelle Woodworth

Michelle Woodworth

Michelle is a lawyer passionate about child welfare with over 20 years of experience in family and marriage law. Her dedication to this field allows her to skillfully help husbands, wives, and families rebuild their lives when relationships break down.
 
Michelle was named a Leading Family Lawyer and a Recommended Family Lawyer by Doyles in 2017 and 2018 respectively. She is the Co-Chair of the Singapore Family Law Practice Council Legal Association. Furthermore, she serves as a mediator for several organizations in Singapore, including the Singapore Mediation Centre, the Legal Association Mediation Programme, and the Family Justice Court.
 
Michelle previously served as a District Judge in the Courts under the Ministry of Family and Juvenile Justice (now the Family Justice Court). She later became a Representative and Director of Legal Reform at the Law Society of Singapore. She has also spoken at numerous legal conferences, addressing issues involving litigation and family law.
 
Michelle is a licensed Solicitor in Singapore recognized by the Supreme Court.

Tay Liam Kheng

Zheng Nianqing

Mr. Zheng’s primary practice areas are mergers and acquisitions and commercial matters.
 
He has extensive experience representing domestic and international clients in mergers and acquisitions projects, including the privatization of Singapore-listed companies. His privatization activities have involved acquisitions by existing shareholders or management, strategic investors, and private equity investors through voluntary delisting, voluntary and mandatory general offers, and exit offers under arrangements.
 
In commercial matters, Mr. Zheng provides a wide range of legal advice to both listed and unlisted companies, covering matters related to company formation, equity interests, director and management responsibilities, employment, financing, commercial contracts, and compliance with listing rules and corporate governance. He also advises several companies on the Singapore Stock Exchange’s watch list and those facing delisting requests from the Singapore Stock Exchange.
 
Mr. Zheng is fluent in English and Chinese and regularly advises Chinese clients on China-related matters.
 
Mr. Zheng is a Singapore-trained solicitor recognized by the Supreme Court of Singapore and a Hong Kong-registered foreign solicitor. He graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Laws degree.

Sunil Sudhessan

Sunil Sudsen

Criminal lawyer Sunil is the head of the firm’s criminal department. He has accumulated extensive experience in criminal law since the beginning of his practice. Sunil handles all criminal legal cases, including basic cases (murder and serious drug offenses), all forms of assault (convictable homicide, voluntary injury and harm caused by carelessness or negligence), corporate crimes, fraud, corruption, sex offenses, immigration offenses, traffic offenses, and fencing under the Remote Play Act.
 
Sunil is currently the president of the Singapore Criminal Lawyers Association and is actively involved in pro bono work. He regularly attends various legal clinics and is a volunteer lawyer for the Criminal Legal Aid Scheme (“CLAS”), a non-profit initiative of the Singapore Lawyers Association to provide legal assistance to defendants in need of help in criminal cases. For his efforts, Sunil received one of two Lower Court Volunteer of the Year awards (for lawyers and solicitors) in 2010.

In addition, Mr. Sunil is a criminal procedure mentor and a promoter and trainer for the Singapore Bar Association’s legal courses.
 
Mr. Sunil is a Singaporean solicitor accredited by the Supreme Court of Singapore and a Hong Kong registered foreign solicitor. He graduated from the National University of Singapore in 2004 with a Bachelor of Laws (Honors) degree and subsequently had the privilege of working under the guidance of Mr. Supas Anandan, one of Singapore’s most renowned criminal lawyers, for over a decade.
